The first Daiginjo Sake ever produced in the history of sake making in Japan and the first brewery to export sake to the US in 1896. Beginning in 1973, the brewery started a winning streak of 18 gold medals in the National New Sake Competition. This sake is an elegant, smooth and rich with lovely aromatics. An excellent example of Daiginjo sake.
